Frequently Asked Questions

For new applicants, a code was sent to the email address you provided. To verify using the code, follow these steps

  1. Login to your email, search for the "SPMC-HRMO New Account"
  2. Copy the confirmation code given and then click the highlighted link.
  3. Input the code given and click the reCAPTCHA box, then clicked the confirm button.

For existing users that already have an account. Follow these steps

  1. Go to Edit PDS -> Attr. & Contact Information
  2. Check the email address link to your account, if it is incorrect change it before proceeding to the next step.
  3. Click the Confirm Email link, then request a code.
  4. An email will be sent to your email address, copy the code given.
  5. Input the code and check the reCATCHA box then click the confirm button.

If you're an existing personnel,

  • Submit a photocopy of your PRC ID in the HRMO Office.
  • We'll be the one who will update your license in the system

For applicants, you can update your Eligibility just follow these steps

  1. Go to Edit PDS -> Eligibility
  2. Click the row of the eligibility you want to update.
  3. Input the details, then click save.

To apply for a job-order position

  1. Go to Recruitment -> Apply as Job-Order
  2. Answer the Smoking History Survey
  3. Select the position you want to apply.
  4. For positions that required eligibility and college degrees, please read the instructions below.
  5. Click apply.

For positions that need licenses and college degrees like Nurse, Medical Technologist, Pharmacist, etc., you need to encode first your eligibility.

  1. To encode your eligibility, go to Edit PDS -> Eligibility
  2. Click , then fill the necessary details and click save.
  1. To encode your education, go to Edit PDS -> Education
  2. Click , then fill the necessary details and click save.
Important Reminders!
  • For outside applicants, please update your Personal Data Sheet first before applying for any regular/plantilla position.
  • For existing personnel, updates to training records will be allowed after you answered the Competency Proficiency Assessment
  • To ensure that your submitted PDS and the data you encoded in the portal is the same, print only the Personal Data Sheet from this portal, don't use the excel.
  • Don't edit the PDS generated from this portal externally.
  • Once you applied, you are given 5 days from the date of application or the end date of notice of vacancy to submit the requirements in the HRMO office.
  • We can Delete or Remove work experiences, trainings, eligibility details, education records, and any other information you've provided if there are no accompanying documents to substantiate their validity.

To apply for a plantilla/regular position, there should be a notice of vacancy, to see the notices and apply follow the steps below

  1. Go to Recruitment -> Notice of Vacancies
  2. Click the Notice of Vacancy of the Position you want to apply.
  3. Answer the Smoking History Survey.
  4. Answer the Competency Proficiency Assessment (For Existing Personnel of SPMC).
  5. Read the requirements for the position to know if you qualify.
  6. If you think you qualify, click apply. (this is subject for review by the assessors once you've submitted your application)
  7. Print the generated document and attach it above the required documents to be submitted in the HRMO Office.
  8. Submit all the requirements in the HRMO Office.
  1. Supporting documents for your education, attach a photocopy of your
    • Authenticated copy of Diploma
    • Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records(TOR)
  2. CS Eligibility (If you have any)
